Your Mac Concierge
Hi, I'm Steve Bush. Fifteen years ago I left Apple to open a repair shop called Screwbox on Tampa Street in downtown Tampa, Florida. Since then I've serviced more than 25,000 Macs, from MacBooks to iMacs. I've been lucky enough to count Brad Paisley, Jennifer Hudson, Warrick Dunn, Bern's Steakhouse, the New York Yankees, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, TransSiberian Orchestra and the Band Perry as clients.

I've been called "the last best hope for your Mac" by the Tampa Bay Times in 2009 after saving the day for one of the Tampa Bay Rays during their run to the World Series. And in 2013 I was named Best Apple Repairman by Creative Loafing in its Best of the Bay Awards.​
In 2018 I closed the Screwbox store on Columbus Drive in West Tampa and went mobile. Since then I've helped people and businesses in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Sarasota and Manatee counties with their Mac issues.
In 2023, I retired Screwbox and launched My Mac Concierge to provide enhanced personal service to Concierge members. For a modest yearly fee you can become a Concierge member, which entitles you to a myriad of free services and discounts, and access to me when you need me - your place or mine. Or you can simply use my repair services "a la carte" as a non-Member at my home office.
